The Wesley is a beautiful, independent hotel with arguably the best transport links, not only in London, but to the rest of the country as well. As The Wesley is a busy, successful hotel, care had to be taken so that the smooth running of the hotel was not affected by the works.

 

 

Electrical modifications were allowed to the existing distribution boards to ensure that phase 1 and phase 2 works were completed simultaneously to reduce any power outages to the hotel. Works included new lighting, new comms cabling, improvements to the current fire alarm and sprinkler system and new lift power distribution.

 

 

Mechanical works were also split into two phases which included the installation of a new lift from the basement to the 6th floor, requiring the construction of a new core as well as upgrading the existing lift.
