The Ohal Group; now part of Gain Theory, are a global marketing foresight consultancy who acquired new offices within the beautiful Grade II listed building at 3 Waterhouse Square, Holborn. This well known gothic style building was modernised in the 1990’s but was originally constructed between 1885-1901 by Alfred Waterhouse; a well known British Architect famous for his 19th Century English Architecture which can be seen in many sites, including The Natural History Museum in London.

The atrium within 3 Waterhouse Square is a stunning addition to the space creating an alternative setting for desks and meeting rooms. The floor benefits from an open plan space; meeting rooms, a cellular office, comms room, kitchenette and WC area. GPDE provided mechanical design including heating/cooling and extract/supply and focussed on the client’s lighting requirements for the electrical design whilst ensuring all works complied with current regulations.
