GPDE completed full mechanical design for Thames Valley Housing Association following the CAT A refurbishment of Premier House in Twickenham. A chilled beam mechanical system had already been installed as part of the Cat A renovation so care had to be taken to minimise impact on the system. A new cafe area was created for staff and visitors and new meeting rooms formed part of the brief.
