Instant Managed Offices designated Green Planet Design Engineers as the services consultants for an office move, relocating their client to a 9,000sq ft CAT A space at 100 Victoria Street. The striking office building is situated within the distinctive and popular Cardinal Place Development.

 

Having the advantage of a recent CAT A refurbishment, the office was generally in a good overall starting position however, the majority of the services were coming to the end of their usable life and required replacing.

 

The streamlined and modern refurbished space benefits from its own reception/client area, a 14-person boardroom, 7 meeting rooms, 3 spacious executive offices and 3 further offices. As well as, large open plan desk areas, comms/storage rooms, lavatories and 2 tea/breakout points.

 

With a glass façade allowing for stunning views over London, the overall design ensures a comfortable yet professional office for both employees and their clients alike.
