GPDE were appointed to complete the mechanical and public health design for this project. Five existing blocks of the University Campus were internally re-planned and refurbished.

The level of works varied from the replacement of existing equipment to a complete change of use of one block. The refurbishment included a new Entrance Reception, Refectory, Learning areas as well as dedicated engineering and construction workshops, IT suites and specialist Hair and Holistic salons.
