Green Planet were approached by Ashton Porter Architects to do a full MEP design for a duplex apartment just minutes from London’s iconic attraction, Marble Arch. Consisting of 7 bedrooms and 5 bathrooms the interior of the property underwent a full strip out and all mechanical, electrical, drainage and heating services were replaced, the new install included a ‘Control4’ Home Automation system.

The space was thoughtfully redesigned to maximise the use of space and light. The modernised layout includes a large, open-plan, guest-oriented space with kitchen, living and dining areas to the front of the property. Bedrooms and private, family-oriented spaces are located behind a flush door concealed within a panelled wall, leading into a private corridor connecting to upstairs via a new stairwell.

The end result is a sleek, contemporary and future proof family home.
